2026-05-13: NYC venue capacity normalized to 42 across all 1000 historical + upcoming shows per Matt's policy. Three upcoming shows now flag as oversold against the new cap:

- Thu May 15 18:30 Ratatouille (44/42, over by 2)
- Sat May 16 18:30 Ratatouille (47/42, over by 5)
- Thu May 22 18:30 Lilo & Stitch (43/42, over by 1)

Total: 8 customers to bump (move or refund). Use the saved reply "Oversold, offer reschedule or credit" we set up earlier. LIFO policy: most-recently-purchased tickets get bumped first.
