"Total Transacted"

Under "Total Transacted" for each show: is there a way to add the number of guests rescheduled from shows BEFORE May 29? 

For example, 4 guests had a March 2 show that was canceled. We rescheduled them for a July 5 show. 

5 guests were also rescheduled for the same July 5 show, but their original show was May 30. 

We need to separate these guests because we need to pay the venue for the guests with shows BEFORE May 29, but we don't have to pay for the guests with shows after May 29.
