I unfortunately had an issue and the manager had offered me a ticket to another showing to make up for the issues but I had flown from Arkansas to Portland for this show and wasn’t able to take the tickets for another show. The manager gave me this email to reach out and get this issue resolved. Thank you for all your help in this matter.
