    Dear Arlene and Anthony,

Thank you so much for taking my call today. I want to sincerely apologize for the last-minute cancellation. We know how much anticipation and planning go into a special night out, and we’re truly sorry for the disruption this caused.

Please know this decision was made only after every possible option was considered. We completely understand your decision not to reschedule and are happy to accommodate your refund request.

Refunds may take a little longer than usual as we’re currently managing a high volume, but we’ll be sure to keep you updated along the way.

If you change your mind and would like to reschedule your tickets for another event, we’d be happy to offer a complimentary VIP upgrade as a gesture of appreciation.

If you have any questions in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to help.

We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you at Fork n’ Film in the future.

    Warm regards,

    Liz

    Important Announcement

    Dear Fork n’ Film Guests,

We want to thank you for being part of the Fork n’ Film family. Your support means everything to us, and it’s because of guests like you that we’ve been able to create unforgettable movie-and-dining experiences.

After much consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily pause shows for the next few weeks. This short break will allow our team to upgrade our production, refine our holiday menus, and strengthen operations so that every detail of your next visit is nothing short of exceptional in time for the holidays.

This affects your ticket for Hocus Pocus. We understand this news may be disappointing, and we’re truly sorry for any inconvenience it may cause.

Our team will be calling you within the week to assist with rescheduling. We’re also excited to share our upcoming Fork n’ Film lineup! Below is a list of available showtimes for your review.

    Elf
    01/03/2026 - 6:30PM

    Ratatouille

    01/10/2026 - 6:30PM

    Princess and the Frog

    01/17/2026 - 6:30PM

We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding as we take this time to come back stronger for you. We can’t wait to welcome you back soon and share everything we’ve been working on.

    With gratitude,

    The Fork n’ Film Team

Re: Fork n' Film Las Vegas - Important Announcement

    Hi
I need my refund right away. This is out of control.
I have reached out to Vegas news and I’m going to have to go that route . I feel like I have been nice and patient however this is something that occurred in October 2025 and we are heading into March!
    This is wrong!
Your selling tickets for new dates and booking new venues to have your events at however your not stopping to take responsibility and issue a refund to a customer who you guys canceled on.
I need an answer there is no more waiting.

    Hi Arlene,

I hear you loud and clear, and I want to offer my sincerest apologies for the length of time this has taken. I completely understand that waiting since October feels like an eternity, and it is entirely reasonable for you to be looking for firm answers at this stage.

Please know that your request is very important to us and is absolutely being worked on. As a small team, we are processing these refunds manually as quickly as we possibly can to ensure every detail is correct. I am personally stepping in to look after your file and have flagged this with our billing lead this morning to keep everything moving forward for you.

I am so sorry for the delay and for the stress this has caused. I am making it my mission to get this finalized so you can put this behind you. I’ll be staying in very close contact with our team and will reach out the very moment I have a confirmed update.

Thank you so much for hanging in there with us while I get this resolved for you.

    Warm regards,
