    Hi I still never received a refund for the tickets I purchased for the showing of the polar express . So I was wondering if I can still take the deal to get complimentary vip upgraded seats instead. I would like to use it for the March 8th 6:30pm showing of Ratatouille.

    After much consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily pause shows for the next few weeks. This short break will allow our team to upgrade our production, refine our menus, and strengthen operations so that every detail of your next visit is nothing short of exceptional in time for the holidays.

     

    This affects your ticket for The Polar Express, as we have cancelled all shows for November 28th-30th. We understand this news may be disappointing, and we’re truly sorry for any inconvenience it may cause.

     

    Our team will be reaching out within the week to assist with rescheduling. If you prefer, you’re also welcome to reply to this email.

      

    We’re also excited to share our upcoming Fork n’ Film lineup! If you’d like to book tickets for one of the shows below instead, just let us know and we’ll be happy to take care of the rest.

    I would absolutely love to get you set up with those complimentary VIP upgraded seats! However, I just checked our seating chart for the March 8th showing of Ratatouille at 6:30 PM, and unfortunately, that specific time is already at full capacity.

    Because I really want to make sure you get the VIP experience you deserve, I have gone ahead and put our very last remaining VIP tickets on hold for you for the March 6th showing at 6:30 PM instead. Would you be able to be a little flexible with your plans and attend on that Friday evening? If that works for you, just let me know and I will send those tickets over to your inbox immediately!

    This affects your ticket for The Polar Express, as we have cancelled all shows for November 28th-30th. We understand this news may be disappointing, and we’re truly sorry for any inconvenience it may cause.

    Hi I just wanted to verify if my shellfish and avocado allergy was put in for my booking to Shrek on March 15th and my booking for ratatouille on March 6th. Should have two tickets bought for each show but only one ticket has the allergy. Shellian has no allergies and Cheick has the shellfish and avocado allergy.

    This affects your ticket for The Polar Express, as we have cancelled all shows for November 28th-30th. We understand this news may be disappointing, and we’re truly sorry for any inconvenience it may cause.

    Dear Fork n’ Film Guests,

    After much consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily pause shows for the next few weeks. This short break will allow our team to upgrade our production, refine our menus, and strengthen operations so that every detail of your next visit is nothing short of exceptional in time for the holidays.

     

    This affects your ticket for The Polar Express, as we have cancelled all shows for November 28th-30th. We understand this news may be disappointing, and we’re truly sorry for any inconvenience it may cause.

     

    Our team will be reaching out within the week to assist with rescheduling. If you prefer, you’re also welcome to reply to this email.

      

    We’re also excited to share our upcoming Fork n’ Film lineup! If you’d like to book tickets for one of the shows below instead, just let us know and we’ll be happy to take care of the rest.
