I completely understand, and I truly appreciate you letting me know. While we would have loved the chance to host you for a special night out, I totally respect that your work schedule comes first and that a refund is the best path forward for you right now.
I cannot thank you enough for the incredible patience and kindness you have shown us throughout this entire process. It really means the world to our small team to work with guests as understanding as you, especially when things haven't gone quite as planned. We are so grateful for your grace.
Please rest assured that I am touching base with our billing department today to ensure your refund gets processed. We are going to keep working diligently on this until those funds are safely back with you.
Thank you again for being so wonderful to work with.

Thank you so much for reaching out. I am incredibly sorry for the delay regarding your refund from two months ago; that is certainly not the experience we want for you.
We would absolutely love to get you rescheduled for Beauty and the Beast and get that refund processed for you as well. Do you happen to have any flexibility in your schedule to attend the film on Sunday, January 18th at 1:30 PM?

I want to sincerely apologize for the last-minute cancellation. We know how much anticipation and planning go into a special night out, and we’re truly sorry for the disruption this caused.
Please know this decision was made only after every possible option was considered. We completely understand your decision not to reschedule and are happy to accommodate your refund request.
Refunds may take a little longer than usual as we’re currently managing a high volume, but we’ll be sure to keep you updated along the way.
If you change your mind and would like to reschedule your tickets for another event, we’d be happy to offer a complimentary VIP upgrade as a gesture of appreciation.
If you have any questions in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to help.
We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you at Fork n’ Film in the future.

Dear Fork n’ Film Guests,
We want to thank you for being part of the Fork n’ Film family. Your support means everything to us, and it’s because of guests like you that we’ve been able to create unforgettable movie-and-dining experiences.
After much consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily pause shows for the next few weeks. This short break will allow our team to upgrade our production, refine our menus, and strengthen operations so that every detail of your next visit is nothing short of exceptional in time for the holidays.
This affects your ticket for The Polar Express, as we have cancelled all shows for November 28th-30th. We understand this news may be disappointing, and we’re truly sorry for any inconvenience it may cause.
Our team will be reaching out within the week to assist with rescheduling. If you prefer, you’re also welcome to reply to this email.
We’re also excited to share our upcoming Fork n’ Film lineup! If you’d like to book tickets for one of the shows below instead, just let us know and we’ll be happy to take care of the rest.

Hi Amare,
Thank you for your continued patience. I completely understand your frustration regarding the delay, and I apologize that this has taken longer than expected.
As we discussed, our team has been handling a high volume of requests, but I want to assure you that your refund is a priority. I have followed up directly with our billing department to expedite the process.
Once they have finalized the transaction on our end, you should receive an automated confirmation email. From that point, it typically takes 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
I’ll keep a close eye on this and will notify you as soon as I have a confirmation number from our finance team.Warm regards,SamCustomer SupportOn Sat, Feb 7, 2026 at 12:49 PM Amare <cbalthazard9@gmail.com> wrote:Hello, Can I get an update on the refundThis has been an ongoing problem since NovemberOn Jan 15, 2026, at 3:56 PM, Fork Film <newyork@forknfilm.com> wrote:

Re: Fork n' Film NYC Reservation - Important Announcement
Good morning,
I am writing to follow up on my previous email regarding an unresolved refund request. I originally purchased two tickets for a show in November 2025. Unfortunately, the venue was closed for renovations at the time of my scheduled viewing.
Your team allowed me to reschedule and attend a different movie instead, which I agreed to. However, when I attempted to use the rescheduled tickets, the venue was once again closed for renovations. This was extremely frustrating and inconvenient.
As a result, I requested a refund. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive it, and it is now June 2026. While the original ticket charge was processed immediately, obtaining a refund has been an ongoing challenge. I have not received any meaningful update regarding my refund request since April.
At this point, I would be willing to use the tickets to attend a showing of Shrek on June 27 at 6:00 PM. If that is not possible, I am requesting a full refund. Given that I have been waiting for more than six months for a resolution, I also believe some form of compensation would be appropriate.
I am very disappointed with how this matter has been handled. The lack of communication and the extended delay in resolving this issue are unprofessional and unacceptable. I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution.

I completely understand wanting to keep an eye on that. Please know that we are actively working on your request right now to ensure everything is handled correctly.
I am personally monitoring the status of your refund, and I will be sure to follow up with you the moment it has been officially processed on our end. From that point, it usually takes about 3 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Thank you for following up with us, and please accept our sincerest apologies for the delay. We completely understand your frustration. Waiting since November is certainly not the experience we want for you, especially when the cancellations were entirely outside of your control.
Please know that we are actively looking into this for you. We are currently working with our billing partners to track the status of your request and ensure everything is being handled as quickly as possible on our end.
We truly value your patience and support, and we appreciate you giving us the chance to get this sorted out for you. Hi Amare,
Thank you for your continued patience.
Hi Amare,
I completely understand, and I truly appreciate you letting me know.

Hi Amare,
Thank you so much for reaching out.
If that time works for you, please let me know and I will take care of everything on our end to get your new reservation set and your refund finalized.Warmly,SamCustomer SupportOn Tue, Jan 6, 2026 at 8:37 PM Amare <cbalthazard9@gmail.com> wrote:Hello, I still haven’t received an email about a refund for my reservation I made 2 months ago.Can I just make a reservation for Beauty and the Beast, January 17th or January 18th at 6:30pm.

Hi,
I want to sincerely apologize for the last-minute cancellation.
Warm regards,
Liz
