I hope this email finds you well. I'm reaching out because I’m confused and disappointed. We were initially scheduled for the 6:30pm showing of Beauty and the Beast on Saturday, 1/17/26. The computer system automatically switched our movie showing to the matinee only to cancel it. We've been trying to reschedule our tickets since late September. We'd like to attend the 6:30pm showing of Beauty and the Beast on 1/17/26. We added this event to our calendar and made additional plans. Please advise. Thanks.
