Hello Fork n' Film NYC Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I'm reaching out because I’m confused and disappointed. We were initially scheduled for the 6:30pm showing of Beauty and the Beast on Saturday, 1/17/26. The computer system automatically switched our movie showing to the matinee only to cancel it. We've been trying to reschedule our tickets since late September. We'd like to attend the 6:30pm showing of Beauty and the Beast on 1/17/26. We added this event to our calendar and made additional plans. Please advise. Thanks.

    Sincerely,

    Hello Sam,

I sent the email below to Fork n' Film on 1/13/26 and called the CS number a few times and left voicemails. Please assist. Thanks.

Thanks.

    Sincerely,

    Tanisha L Hill

Hi Fork n' Film NYC Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I'm reaching out to follow-up regarding my previous email sent to you on Friday, 12/5/25 to check the status of our party's inability to attend due to an unforeseen contagious illness and reschedule request. Would it be possible for someone to provide us with an update via email or phone at 917-549-4295? In the event that our reschedule request can be accommodated, we would like to attend your showing of Beauty and the Beast on Saturday, 1/17/26 or Sunday, 1/18/26? Please let me know if this is possible. I look forward to hearing from someone soon. Thanks.

    Sincerely,

Hello Fork n' Film NYC Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I'm reaching out to let you know that my friend, Karen James contracted the Flu and isn't feeling well at all. She lives about 2 hours away in Upstate NY, would have to drive down and is too weak to do so. We wanted to be transparent regarding her health, as this just occurred this evening and we don't want to run the risk of getting anyone sick. We were really excited and looking forward to attending tomorrow evening's show, as we've been preplanning for our Fork n' Film experience. Would it be possible for us to reschedule for an alternative date? If yes, we're interested and available to attend Beauty and the Beast on 1/17/25 or 1/18/25. Please let me know. I look forward to hearing from someone soon. Thanks.

    Sincerely,

    Tanisha L Hill
