    I hear you and I completely agree that over two months is a very long time to be waiting for your money back. I know that seeing my previous message about checking the system did not result in the refund hitting your account yet and for that I am truly sorry.

    I want to be very honest with you. Because we are processing a high volume of these manually to ensure they are handled correctly, it is taking much longer than we ever intended. Please know that your request is absolutely confirmed in our system and has not been lost. It is simply moving through the final stages of our current queue.

    I am keeping your file flagged so that as soon as the billing team reaches your entry, it is cleared immediately. We will send you the refund receipt the second it is processed so you have proof for your records.
