    Hi Adrian,

Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing your feedback with us. I am so sorry to hear that your experience at our Elf showing did not live up to the magical evening we strive to provide. We truly value the details, from the temperature of the food to the accuracy of the props, and I am genuinely disappointed to hear that we missed the mark for you.

Regarding your request, our policy typically reserves refunds for guests who are unable to attend due to a schedule change. Since you were still able to join us for the showing, we are not able to process a standard refund for the event. However, we truly value your support and would love the chance to provide you with the high quality experience you expected and deserve.

We would love to welcome you back in the future to show you what a Fork n' Film event is truly like when everything is perfect. Please let me know if you would be open to joining us for a future showing and I will personally see to it that you are taken care of.

Hearing that the food quality wasn't up to standard and, more importantly, that there was a mix-up with your drink preference is very concerning. Hi Sam,

You stated in your previous email on January 6th that a refund would be processed. If this is no longer possible we will initiate th credit card charge back process as well pursue legal options both for the lack of refund and improper serving of alcohol to ticket holders.

Please let me know of Fork n’ Film’s final determination no later than end of day tomorrow, February 20th.

We’re happy to offer a reschedule for Friday, 12/19 at 5:30 PM, or in January on the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th at 6:30 PM. Or we can give you a coupon code that reflects the value of your tickets so you can reschedule for another day that works best for you.

Please let me know which option works best for you, and I’ll take care of everything on my end.

Thank you for your patience and understanding — we’re so excited to welcome you soon for a night filled with good food, great film, and a little Fork n’ Film magic

    Best,
    Amanda

Re: Please Reply: Fork n' Film NYC Reservation - Important Update

    Dear Adrian,

Thank you for your response. We have reviewed our correspondence from January 7th as well as our internal records regarding your experience.

To clarify, our policy remains that we are unable to provide a refund for events that were fully serviced and attended. In our email from January 7th, our primary goal was to acknowledge your feedback and show how committed we are to making things right. While our policy doesn't allow for a refund, we truly want to resolve this in a way that shows how much we value your support.

Regarding our previous offer, we would like to reiterate our invitation for you and your guests to return to a future showing. To answer your previous inquiry, this return visit would be entirely free of charge. We want to ensure you have the high-quality experience we strive for, and we will personally see to it that your seating - including food temperature and drink preferences - is handled with the utmost care.

We hope you will allow us the opportunity to make this right. Please let us know if you would like to proceed with selecting a future date.

    Warm regards,

You stated in your previous email on January 6th that a refund would be processed. If this is no longer possible we will initiate th credit card charge back process as well pursue legal options both for the lack of refund and improper serving of alcohol to ticket holders.

Please let me know of Fork n’ Film’s final determination no later than end of day tomorrow, February 20th.

Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing this honest feedback with us. I am so incredibly sorry to hear that your experience at the show was anything less than the special family outing you were expecting, especially after sticking with us through the rescheduled time.

Hearing that the food quality wasn't up to standard and, more importantly, that there was a mix-up with your drink preference is very concerning. We take those details seriously, as we want every guest to feel looked after and safe. Your notes regarding the props and the temperature of the dishes have been shared directly with our event and culinary teams so we can address exactly what happened during your seating.

We truly appreciate you taking the time to let us know where we fell short. Feedback like yours is vital in helping us improve the experience for all our guests.

I’ll be sharing your comments with our management team for a full review of the evening's service. Thank you again for your patience and for being so candid with us.

My family and I just left the show and I have to say, it was absolutely awful. Most of the dishes were served ice cold (except for the ramen) and of terrible quality, I was served alcohol which I cannot drink despite telling staff I opted out of the alcoholic drink option, and you even mispelled Santa Claus on the special props.

We stuck with the rescheduled show time hoping for the special experience advertised and instead are walking home extremely disappointed.

I’d like to request a refund. Please let me know if this is possible.
