    I have personally checked the status of your request and I am flagging it as an urgent priority with our billing department right now. My goal is to get those funds moving immediately. While bank processing times can occasionally add a few days, I am doing everything on my end to speed up the process for you.

      The December 20th Fork & Film event was canceled and no service was rendered. I’ve followed up multiple times without receiving a refund. If the refund is not processed by Tuesday February 3 I will dispute the charge with my credit card issuer.
