    Hello it’s been over a month since I have paid for this and almost a month since my event was cancelled I paid right away and the refund should’ve been the same I’m starting to think this is fraudulent activity grabbed all the emails I have from you all I have no further options but to contact my bank and file a claim so that I will get my refund expeditiously this was very bad business and I will be writing a review to inform others before they book to beware of this possibly happening!

    Hello this has gotten far out of hand there is no way my refund has not been processed after 2 months I will be reporting you all to the better business bureau and submitting a claim with my bank to fight for my refund you all are the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with and I will never do business with you all again and will be writing an honest review I have had enough at this point you all should have a manager for situations like this you all are a fraudulent company that steals ppl money and you will get back all the hurt you have put on others!

    Thank you for your email. We’re truly sorry for the frustration this has caused, and we understand how important it is to have this resolved.

    After reviewing your account, we can confirm the following:
    • A chargeback was initiated through your financial institution on January 22, 2026 for this purchase made through Afterpay.
    • We did not contest the chargeback and accepted it on January 23, 2026.
    Once a chargeback is filed, we are no longer able to issue a direct refund to the original payment method (Afterpay) as the transaction is then fully managed by Afterpay and your bank.

    At this stage, the remaining steps and refund timeline are determined by your financial institution and Afterpay. For the most accurate status update, we recommend contacting your bank or Afterpay directly, as they will be able to confirm where the chargeback is in their process and when the funds will be released.

    For your reference, we have attached a screenshot of the transaction history showing the chargeback activity and acceptance date.

    We truly apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as this completes through the proper channels.
