Hi,It's been over a MONTH since the event I paid for in full was cancelled by you.I have been waiting for my refunds, but have not received anything and I have asked numerous times of the status.I received an email from "Sam" at customer support on January 8th stating that he was working on this directly to ensure my refunds would be going through expediently!Again, No Response or follow up. My Patience has worn thin and you have given me no other recourse but to dispute this with my credit card company and make a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.Unless I receive a response and refund by the end of this week, This will be my course of action..Dr. Jeff Jamieson
