    I'll be reporting your company to the Federal Trade Commission and Consumer Financial Bureau on Friday if I do not receive my refund. It's OVER 90 days and about to be four months since I purchased this ticket to your show. (ticket attached)
    Please refund me ASAP. This is beyond ridiculous. Now that I know your company is unreliable and scams people out of money, I'll never purchase from you again. Refund me, please.

    Due to unforeseen circumstances the shows on January 9th and 10th have been cancelled. We understand this may be disappointing and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

     

    We're happy to change your reservation to one of the shows below. Just let us know which event you'd like to attend and we'll gladly follow up with you.

    I'll be reporting your company to the Federal Trade Commission and Consumer Financial Bureau on Friday if I do not receive my refund. It's OVER 90 days and about to be four months since I purchased this ticket to your show. (ticket attached)
    Please refund me ASAP. This is beyond ridiculous. Now that I know your company is unreliable and scams people out of money, I'll never purchase from you again. Refund me, please.
