    I want to sincerely apologize for the delay in getting back to you and for the ongoing wait regarding your refund for the cancelled NYC show. We've been experiencing a high volume of requests, and I appreciate your patience as we work through them.  

    To answer your question, tickets are generally non-transferable between cities. However, given the circumstances of your cancellation, we’d love to make this right.  

    If you would prefer, we can offer to reschedule your tickets for a future show in any city of your choice. As a thank you for your flexibility, we would be happy to upgrade your tickets for the new booking.

    Please let us know if you'd like to proceed with this option and which city you're interested in, and I will personally handle the arrangements for you.

    I received a ticket today for Princess and the Frog for 2/21. Just wanted to make sure this is my transfer tickets from the NYC show. 

    I should have two tickets one of the transfer tickets and one ticket I purchased for the the Detroit show for Princess and the Frog on 2/21

    Due to unforeseen circumstances the matinee shows on January 17th and 18th have been cancelled. We understand this may be disappointing and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
