Thank you for getting back to me. Unfortunately, April does not work for me, as my original reservation was booked for January 17th. I am hoping to secure a date closer to the original booking and see that February 7th currently has tickets available.
If February 7th at 6:30 or February 8th at 1:30 is not an option, I would prefer a refund. I understand your policy states no refunds; however, the original cancellation was not initiated by me, and the alternative dates now being offered do not work with my schedule.
