    Dear Santiago,

    I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the Beauty and the Beast Fork n' Film event at X-Golf in NYC. The experience did not align with what was advertised, and we found it to be a poor value for the ticket price.

    We were not informed that the event would be held in a public sports bar rather than a private room. Had we known this, we would not have traveled to attend or purchased tickets. The environment was unsuitable for a film screening; we had to use uncomfortable headphones to hear the movie over loud bar noise, and the high-chair seating became physically painful halfway through the film.

    Furthermore, the food did not meet expectations. Serving items like "pigs in a blanket" for the "Be Our Guest" dining experience did not match the quality promised.

    Given that the event was misrepresented, I request a full refund for our tickets. Thank you for your time and I look forward to your response.
