Thank you for the update and for following up. 

We originally had five tickets reserved. We would like to request a refund for one of the tickets, and we would like to switch the remaining four tickets to Ratatouille on March 28th. The name on the reservation will also have to be changed to Daniel List.

Please let me know if you need any additional information to process the refund and reservation change. Thank you again for your help.

Important Announcement (Second Attempt) Dear Fork n’ Film Guests,   We hope this message finds you well. We want to be sure you are aware of the important update regarding your reservation for this weekend.   Due to unforeseen circumstances the shows on January 16th & 17th have been cancelled. We understand this may be disappointing and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience this causes.   We're happy to change your reservation to one of the shows below. Thank you for the reply. Yes, please keep the vegetarian ticket for the new reservation. Would it be possible to get the tickets rescheduled to the 6:30pm seating for Ratatouille on March 28th? If not, you can go ahead and keep them at 1:30pm.

Hello Priya!

Thank you for getting back to us! I would be more than happy to help you reschedule 4 tickets to Ratatouille on March 28th at 1:30PM. I will also get the process started for a partial refund of 1 ticket. 

When I pulled up your reservation, I can see that you had 1 vegetarian ticket. Just so I have everything correct on our end, would you like me to keep the vegetarian ticket on your reservation for March 28th? Once I hear back from you, I will finalize the new reservation and send over the tickets.
