I am following up again regarding my cancelled January 17th reservation, as I have not received a response to my previous messages.

To reiterate, the April dates being offered do not work with my schedule. I am requesting either tickets for a date closer to my original booking February 7th at 6:30 PM or February 8th at 1:30 PM or a refund, since the cancellation was initiated by your team and not by me.

I would appreciate a response as soon as possible so this matter can be resolved promptly.

If February 7th at 6:30 or February 8th at 1:30 is not an option, I would prefer a refund. I understand your policy states no refunds; however, the original cancellation was not initiated by me, and the alternative dates now being offered do not work with my schedule.
