We will issue a refund, once it's processed we will send you a copy of your refund receipt. While we cannot provide an exact date, please know that processing your refund is a priority for our team.

As a gesture of good will, if you choose to keep your tickets instead of a refund, we’d be happy to upgrade your tickets to VIP. This includes premium seating and a bottle of champagne to enjoy during the show. If this works for you, just let us know and we’ll take care of the rest.

While we can’t guarantee that unforeseen changes will never happen, we only move forward with show dates when we are confident we can deliver the experience as planned.

Yes, March 21 is available, and we would be happy to transfer your tickets and apply the VIP upgrade, which includes premium seating and a bottle of champagne to enjoy during the show.

If you’d like us to proceed with March 21, please confirm which showtime you would like to attend and we will take care of the rest right away. We have a 1:30PM and a 6:30PM showtime available.
