This is the second purchase I have made with Fork & Film that has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
Please refund me the first cancelled show of 09/12/2025 for Ratatouille in Tempe AZ. Please refund me the 2 tickets purchased for that event and I will speak to my husband about the date to reschedule this event since he also purchased a separate ticket or if we’d like a refund for this event as well.
I have reached out about the previous cancelled event requesting a refund for 3 months after the cancellation.

Hi Jazmin,Thanks so much for providing those details. We completely understand how important it is to have a clear update on this.
After reviewing your account, we can confirm that a chargeback was initiated through your financial institution on November 27, 2025. Once a chargeback is filed, the transaction is no longer eligible to be refunded directly through our system, as the payment is then handled fully by the bank.
We also want to be fully transparent: we did not dispute the chargeback on our end. According to the chargeback outcome, the case was resolved in your favor on January 7th, and your bank determined that the funds would remain with you.
At this point, there is no additional action needed from Fork n’ Film to release a refund, as the matter has been finalized through your financial institution. For your reference, we have attached a screenshot showing the chargeback details and resolution date.
If you have any questions about the timing of when the funds appear or how the chargeback is reflected on your statement, your bank will be the best point of contact, as they control the final processing timeline.
