We understand this may be disappointing and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience this causes.   We’d be happy to transfer your reservation to one of the show options below. Hi,

I originally purchased two tickets and then asked to purchase another ticket. I do see where the email says that the third ticket was sent however I only see the first two tickets and not the third.
