Good evening, I hope this email finds you well.My boyfriend and I bought tickets to see the Polar Express for 11/29/25. The film was later canceled and we received a call to either reschedule or refund. I asked to get back to them, which was attempted multiple times, and I’ve received no response or refund! You guys are the best! I’d love to do the 4/12 show at 6:30 if possible. Do you guys know the location of the show yet? If not, when would the location be announced? We’d be driving from NH so I’m just trying to plan a hotel stay and figure out where the best area would be. That sounds like a fantastic choice! I have successfully booked you and your boyfriend for Princess and the Frog on April 12th at 6:30 PM. Your new tickets are attached below!
Regarding the location, we typically announce that about one week before the event date. Since your show is in April, expect an email with all the details, including the address, around the first week of April. That should give you plenty of time to book your hotel in the best area!
