    Unable to make event due to family emergency

    Dear Forknfilm team,


    I was unable to make the reservation I had for tonight due to a family emergency. I was hoping it was possible that I can reschedule.

    I am so incredibly sorry to hear about your family emergency. Please know that my heart goes out to you, and I truly hope that everything is okay. We completely understand that life can be unpredictable, and we truly wish we could be there to support you through this difficult time.

    Regarding your request to reschedule, I have to be very transparent about our policy. Because our events are so curated and seats are limited, we are unable to transfer or reschedule tickets once they have been purchased, unless the event itself was canceled or moved by our team.

    We truly appreciate your understanding of the constraints our small team works within. We would love to have the chance to host you at a future event when things have settled down for your family.
