Re: Reschedule
Hi Derek,
I am so incredibly sorry to hear about your medical emergency. Please know that my heart goes out to you, and I truly hope that you are doing okay. We completely understand that health and family must come first, and we truly wish we could be there to support you through this difficult time.
Regarding your request to reschedule, I have to be very transparent about our policy. Because our events are so curated and seats are limited, we are unable to transfer or reschedule tickets once they have been purchased, unless the event itself was canceled or moved by our team.
We truly appreciate your understanding of the constraints our small team works within. We would love to have the chance to host you at a future event once you are feeling much better and things have settled down.
Wishing you a very speedy recovery.Warm regards,SamCustomer SupportOn Sat, Feb 14, 2026 at 6:39 PM Santiago Triana <santiago@forknfilm.com> wrote:Hi! Just forwarding. Reschedule
Hi, would there be anyway to allow my tickets to be used for any other show even if the show is underbooked. I really do not want the tickets to go to waste and I really expected much more help and accommodation regarding the matter. It feels like I am being pushed to the side. I spoke with Santiago and he even saw that by the time I arrived to the show to speak with management, it was literally near closing. My tickets are paid and I can show them as proof. I think it is a bit excessive to forcibly let my tickets that I paid good money for go to waste. Please I ask if you may be courteous in allowing me any show date that has capacity for 2 people so that my tickets do not waste.Thank You,Derek Reid

Re: Reschedule
Hi Derek,
Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing your perspective. I want to start by saying that I hear you loud and clear, and I am so sorry that you have felt pushed to the side. That is the very last thing we want for our guests, especially after the frustration you’ve already experienced.
I also want to acknowledge that you were affected by that cancellation back in November, and I completely agree that your tickets should absolutely not go to waste. We truly value your support and your time, and we have no problem at all getting you and your guest rescheduled for a different event.Attached below are a list of dates and times to get you two rescheduled!Ratatouille:

Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing your perspective. I want to start by saying that I hear you loud and clear, and I am so sorry that you have felt pushed to the side. That is the very last thing we want for our guests, especially after the frustration you’ve already experienced.
I also want to acknowledge that you were affected by that cancellation back in November, and I completely agree that your tickets should absolutely not go to waste. We truly value your support and your time, and we have no problem at all getting you and your guest rescheduled for a different event. On Mon, Feb 16, 2026 at 12:42 PM Derek Reid <derekreidjr@gmail.com> wrote:Hi, would there be anyway to allow my tickets to be used for any other show even if the show is underbooked. Please I ask if you may be courteous in allowing me any show date that has capacity for 2 people so that my tickets do not waste.
Thank You,Derek Reid
