    Thank you so much for getting back to us. We are truly sorry for the cancellation and for the disappointment it caused, especially knowing how much you were looking forward to this experience.

    We love The Princess and the Frog and fully plan to bring it back to our lineup. However, at this time, we do not yet have any upcoming showtimes scheduled.

    If you’d like, we would be more than happy to hold your tickets and apply them to a future showing of The Princess and the Frog once new dates are released.

    I am overall pretty disappointed. I have yet to receive our refund for our canceled showing of Princess and the frog. Not to mention this is our 2/3 time a show has been canceled on us. I do not think we will be return customers for fork in film which is a huge shame, we loved the experiences but now understand the showings are unreliable. 

    Please send the refund immediately!
