My original tickets were cancelled and I rescheduled. I am not happy with the whole situation because our Valentine’s Day was ruined. I cannot make the new scheduled date so I would like a full refund.

No thank you. I actually reached out to you guys when my first tickets were canceled. I explained how I took time off and spent money on travel to go and the response that I was given was pretty much sorry.????

Now you guys want to offer vip? Should have happened and he first time. I am definitely disappointed because I was really looking forward to this experience but I was let down. Please issue a full refund.
