    Good Afternoon,

    This is very unfortunate. I purchased these tickets for $204.99 a piece as well as a hotel for the weekend specifically for this show as a gift to my wife for Valentine's day. We both had to schedule time out of work and I have spent an additional $722.48 on a hotel for the weekend for the two of us. It is not a refundable purchase or something that I can simply just "move the date" for. I am now out of pocket $1,132.46 to have my wife's Valentine's ruined.

    I completely understand that you have a busy schedule, and moving dates is not convenient for you right now. Instead, I would also like to offer you a 100% credit for your tickets. This way, you are able to reschedule on your terms. There's no expiration date, so you can hold onto the credit for as long as you'd like until you see something that works for you. 

    I can assure you that we will find a resolution! I look forward to hearing from you.

    I appreciate that, however, it does not mitagate the fact that I am still without a Valentine's day gift to my wife and I am still out the price of a hotel reservation for $722.48 at a location we no longer have a need to travel to. 

    Both of us were very excited to experience your unique dining experience. We shared many videos and our excitement with our coworkers.  After seeing the videos, many of them expressed interest in taking their loved ones to your events for special occasions based on our recommendations. 

    The price attached to your venue is not cheap and with that should come exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, so far that has not been the case. I am very disappointed that I have not received a call, nor is there even a line to call someone on your website. 

    Once again, I would like a call as soon as possible at 570-573-3435 in order to reach a resolution to this conflict.

    I completely understand where you are coming from. These tickets were not a small expense, not to mention the cost of your hotel. I have brought this to the attention of upper management, and they will reach out to you when they return to the office next week.
