I would rather get a full refund. They told me that same exact thing that they would upgrade my seats to vip and give me a bottle of champagne because they canceled the beauty and the beast show that I had originally bought tickets for. Which I chose this show the lady and the tramp and now you're telling me this show is canceled. So with that being said I want a refund instead.

As a gesture of goodwill, if you choose to keep your tickets instead of a refund, we’d be happy to upgrade your tickets to VIP, which includes premium seating and a bottle of champagne to enjoy during the show. If this works for you, just let us know and we’ll take care of the rest.
