Hello. 

I have been trying to find information such as a phone number to call because my party is running a bit late. We had tickets for a 6:30 pm showing and will arrive at 6:48. We are stuck in traffic but want to ensure that we will not be turned away because we have traveled 2 hours and paid for this experience but ran into some traffic getting to the venue.
