    I hope you’re well.

    I am writing regarding the two tickets I purchased for the February 21, 2025 Princess and the Frog NYC event (Order No. 2X3Z-BNP7-5KV). As you know, this event was cancelled by Fork n’ Film due to a last-minute venue issue.

    At the time, I was offered either a refund or the option to switch dates. Unfortunately, my parents were not in the area during the alternative dates the past year and I bought these tickets as a gift to them.

    Given that the cancellation was initiated by Fork n’ Film and not due to any action on our end, I am requesting that the tickets either be reallocated to an upcoming NYC event or that a full refund be issued.

    Please let me know how we can resolve this. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter!

I noticed that in a email you guys sent out yesterday the person who ordered the tickets must be present with their ID. However, this is not possible. I ordered these for my parents, Vibhu and Amit Tyagi and I am hoping you guys will be able to let them dine without me being present, as I am out of the country. When I ordered these I did not see anywhere on the form that it was mandatory for me to be present and given that these tickets are costly and cannot be refunded I am hoping you all will be able to accommodate!

     

    Also, (I already highlighted this when I purchased the tickets), but just a reminder that my mother, Vibhu Tyagi, is gluten-free and vegetarian.
