Thank you so much for your patience! You’re welcome to change the tickets to your daughter’s name, or you can use the credit to purchase tickets for them or for yourself for a future show.

If you’d like to attend Ratatouille this weekend, please let us know as soon as possible which of the following showtimes works best for you, and we’ll send over your updated tickets:

• March 7 at 6:30 PM
• March 8 at 1:30 PM

If your daughters will be attending without you, please provide the following details for the reservation:

• First and last name
• Any dietary restrictions or food allergies we should be aware of
• How many guests will be drinking alcohol

If you would prefer a coupon credit instead, just let us know and we’ll take care of the rest.

However, we do have some availability this upcoming weekend if you're interested. Please note that the featured film for these showtimes is Ratatouille, not The Princess and the Frog.

 

Please let us know if you would like to explore this option or if you would prefer the credit for a future date.

Unfortunately, those dates have become fully booked since our previous email was sent. While we would have liked to accommodate Gabriella and Mia on April 11th, we are no longer able to transfer the reservation to that specific showtime.

 

Instead, we can provide you with a coupon code so that you may reschedule for a future film or new dates as they become available. Please let us know if you would like us to proceed with issuing this credit.
