    I have carefully reviewed the specific points and photos you shared regarding the room-temperature biscuits, the lack of chicken in the gumbo, the poor quality of the chicken fingers, and the substitution of basic donuts for our advertised beignets and King Cake. All of these details are being investigated by our culinary and management teams immediately, as this is certainly not the high-quality, perfectly-timed immersive experience you paid for.

    We take your feedback regarding the discrepancy between our advertisements and your actual meal very seriously, especially given the significant investment your family made to attend this event.
