    IMPORTANT: Refund for 4 tickets

    Dear Fork n'Film,

    I am writing to formally request a full refund for my four tickets to "Shrek," originally scheduled for March 14, 2026, at 6:30 PM; original order date (rescheduled date): January 24, 2026

    Due to the event being rescheduled multiple times, we are no longer interested in a new date. Please initiate a refund for the following order:

    - Order Number: 2ZVM-M55H-MB5
    - Ticket Numbers: 
    2ZVM-M55H-MB51P
    2ZVM-M55H-MB51Q
    2ZVM-M55H-MB51R
    2ZVM-M55H-MB51S

    As this is the third time the event has been rescheduled and my previous emails have gone unanswered, I expect a prompt confirmation that the refund process has begun. I understand that processing can take time, but waiting more than a month is not acceptable given these circumstances.
