    Hello, I have a question about the event. I initially selected two regular meals. If one needs to be change to Vegan, is this possible? Not sure if you offer a vegan menu. If the accommodation is not possible, I completely understand and will leave as is. Thank you!

    At the beginning of the year, I reserved tickets for the film Elf. I was later contacted and asked if I could change both the date and the film for reasons that were not explained. At that time, I asked if any form of compensation could be provided for the inconvenience, and I was told that an additional ticket would be offered.


    Because I have an upcoming surgery, I carefully selected another film and date that would take place prior to my procedure. Two days before the scheduled event, I had still not received details regarding the location of where the film would be taking place, so I had to reach out myself to inquire. After following up, I finally received a short response and was sent a general email indicating that the film had been canceled and that I would need to select another film and date.


    This is now the second time I have been asked to change my reservation, and it has required me to repeatedly go out of my way to rearrange my plans. Given my upcoming surgery and the uncertainty surrounding my recovery, this situation has been particularly difficult to manage.


    While I am hopeful that my recovery will go smoothly and that I may be able to attend a showing in May, there is a possibility that I may still be recuperating. If I select a film in May and am unable to attend due to my recovery, could you please clarify what options would be available to me?


    I would appreciate your assistance in addressing this matter and providing some clarity moving forward.

    At the beginning of the year, I reserved tickets for the film Elf. I was later contacted and asked if I could change both the date and the film for reasons that were not explained. At that time, I asked if any form of compensation could be provided for the inconvenience, and I was told that an additional ticket would be offered.


    Because I have an upcoming surgery, I carefully selected another film and date that would take place prior to my procedure. Two days before the scheduled event, I had still not received details regarding the location of where the film would be taking place, so I had to reach out myself to inquire. After following up, I finally received a short response and was sent a general email indicating that the film had been canceled and that I would need to select another film and date.


    This is now the second time I have been asked to change my reservation, and it has required me to repeatedly go out of my way to rearrange my plans. Given my upcoming surgery and the uncertainty surrounding my recovery, this situation has been particularly difficult to manage.


    While I am hopeful that my recovery will go smoothly and that I may be able to attend a showing in May, there is a possibility that I may still be recuperating. If I select a film in May and am unable to attend due to my recovery, could you please clarify what options would be available to me?


    I would appreciate your assistance in addressing this matter and providing some clarity moving forward.
