    This is my second time reaching out. I purchased a ticket for the 6:30 viewing of Ratatouille on 3/20 in error. I would love to see the show but I needed two tickets and it was the wrong day. I am either requesting a refund for my ticket or possibly a credit for a future purchase. I would love to see this movie and would like the opportunity to purchase tickets for the May showing in NYC before those sell out as well.

    I emailed yesterday about not receiving the location as yet and the event is this Saturday 6/6. I had received an email on 5/30 saying I would get an email of the location a week before the event, which was a week before and I have yet to received the location.
