Showtimes constantly getting cancelled
Hello,Im a little confused. I bought tickets to see ratatouille late last year for a showing in January. But since then my show has been reschedule 4 times! I’m not sure what’s going on but it’s hard to find time for me and my sister to go at the same time. This was supposed to be a Christmas present and we still haven’t been able to go. I’m worried about rescheduling again and it getting cancelled once more. Is there any insight into why these show times are getting cancelled?Thank youCarly - tempe@forknfilm.comto Carly B <eclipse.b26@gmail.com>Reply (operator)3/19/2026, 10:35:54 PM
Re: Showtimes constantly getting cancelled
Dear Carly,Thank you so much for reaching out, and I’m really sorry for the confusion and frustration this has caused. I completely understand how disappointing it must be, especially since this was meant to be a Christmas gift for you and your sister.
We sincerely apologize for the multiple reschedules. From time to time, events may need to be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances such as venue, staffing, or operational challenges. That said, we fully recognize how disruptive this has been, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience and uncertainty it’s caused.
We genuinely hope we’ll have the opportunity to host you for the magical experience you were looking forward to. However, we completely understand if you’d prefer not to reschedule again. If you would prefer a refund instead, we’re more than happy to accommodate that.
Please let us know how you’d like to proceed, and we’ll take care of the rest. We look forward to hearing from you.
Wishing you an amazing day.Warmly,EsperanzaOn Mon, Mar 16, 2026 at 2:00 PM Carly B <eclipse.b26@gmail.com> wrote:Hello,

Re: Showtimes constantly getting cancelled
Hello Carly,I completely understand how frustrating the repeated cancellations have been, and I truly apologize. We are more than happy to move forward with processing a refund. Our records show that your two tickets were originally ordered separately. I pulled up your original purchase of $102.49 for January 9th, which is under the email: eclipse.b26@gmail.com. To ensure you receive your full refund, please provide the email associated with the second ticket - it may have been under your sister's name and email. As soon as I hear back from you, I will flag both orders for a full refund. I look forward to hearing from you soon!Warm regards,SierraOn Sat, Mar 21, 2026 at 1:31 PM Carly B <eclipse.b26@gmail.com> wrote:Hello,I’d just like a refund. On Thu, Mar 19, 2026 at 3:36 PM Fork Film <tempe@forknfilm.com> wrote:Dear Carly,Thank you so much for reaching out, and I’m really sorry for the confusion and frustration this has caused.
