Second cancellation, refund request
Hello,
I understand that sometimes circumstances happen that are beyond operational control.
However, this is now the second cancellation I have experienced when I was really looking forward to attending Fork n’ Film. The first was on Valentine’s Day, and now this one was meant to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, which makes the situation especially disappointing.
Could you please clarify whether these cancellations are standard across all locations or if this is something specific to the Arizona events?
At this point, I would simply like to request a full refund for my tickets.

Please know that your refund remains a priority for our team. While we still do not have a specific completion date to provide at this time, we are actively working to have this processed as quickly as possible.
We sincerely apologize that this has taken longer than expected and for the lack of resolution up to this point. As soon as your refund is finalized, you will receive a confirmation along with your refund receipt.
If you do decide to move forward with a dispute through your bank, we completely understand, and we will not contest the chargeback. Once a chargeback is initiated, the process is handled directly by your financial institution.
