Birthday Surprise Ticket Issue for 04/05 Showing

    Hello,

I recently purchased a ticket for the 04/05 showing of The Little Mermaid. I had planned to buy two tickets as a birthday surprise for my cousin — we’re actually traveling to NYC specifically to see this together — but the website only allowed me to check out one ticket at a time. After completing the first purchase, the showing immediately appeared as sold out, so I wasn’t able to buy the second ticket.

Is there any possibility of purchasing one additional ticket for that showing so we can attend together for her birthday? If that isn’t possible, could I please receive a refund for the ticket I purchased?

For ease of reference my order number is: 302K-9T1J-FGW. Thank you in advance, I look forward to hearing from someone on the team very soon!

    Best regards,

    Britney N.

Re: Birthday Surprise Ticket Issue for 04/05 Showing

    Hi Britney,

Thank you so much for reaching out to us, and a very happy early birthday to your cousin! We would love to help you both celebrate together in NYC.

I am so sorry for the frustration you experienced with the website during your purchase. It sounds like you grabbed the very last seat available for that specific showing, which is why the second ticket couldn't be added to your order.

To make sure you both can attend a show together, we can provide you with a coupon code worth the full value of your current ticket. This will allow you to rebook two tickets for a future date of your choice so you don't have to worry about being separated.

Regarding your request, please note that our policy does not allow for refunds unless an event has been cancelled or rescheduled by us. However, we want to ensure you still have a magical experience, and providing this credit is the best way to get you and your cousin into a theater together!

Would you like me to go ahead and process this credit for you now so you can choose a new date for your trip?

    Warm regards,
    Sam

    Hi Britney,

    Thanks for touching base!

Because the promo code you used for the first booking lowered the total price, the new coupon code is locked to that same value. I’m unable to generate a code for more than the initial purchase amount, but I’d be more than happy to help you get booked for that April 5th show at 1:30 PM manually if you're okay with covering any remaining balance.

Let me know if you’d like me to walk you through that or if you have any other questions!

Re: Birthday Surprise Ticket Issue for 04/05 Showing

    Hi Sam,

Is it possible for you to provide me with a gift card balance instead of a coupon code for the value that I paid the ticket for? In this case the value would be for $102.49? Thanks for all your help!

    Hi Britney,

You are so welcome - I'm happy to help!

Regarding the location: since we are a pop-up event, the specific venue details are subject to change to ensure everything is perfect for the showing. However, we will definitely be in touch at least a week or more prior to the event with the exact address so you can finalize your travel plans!

We can't wait to have you there!

    Warm regards,
