    Location for 3/21/26 showing in Scottsdale?

    Hi Fork n' Film Teams, 
    I have 2 reservations for Ratatouille showing tomorrow at 6:30 pm in Scottsdale (order 2ZWL-HVRM-T42), but I have not received the information where the event will be held. Will that information be sent out soon?

    Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, the March 21st showing of Ratatouille has been postponed. I truly apologize for the disappointment. We sent out an email with more details earlier this week, but our records show that you did not open it. 

    We have provided guests with a unique code to reschedule for a later date. I have attached a screenshot with the instructions for rescheduling. Your unique code is: MASAMISCEVIC

    I had a quick question regarding this. I noticed there is availability for a showing of Princess and the Frog on April 12 at 1:30pm, but when I went to the rescheduling page, this option was not available. Is it possible to reschedule for this event?

    Hi Masa,

    Thank you for your patience. I have received word that the showing of The Princess and the Frog on April 12th at 1:30pm will also be postponed.

    I suggest using the rescheduling page to select from the available dates listed there, as those options are confirmed.

    I completely understand your confusion. The events listed on the rescheduling page are not yet open to the public, so there will be some slight differences between the available shows. 

    While the special code is only valid for events on the rescheduling site, I would be more than happy to manually reschedule you to Princess and the Frog on April 12th instead. If you prefer this option, please let me know, and I will handle the rest.
