I received a text that you guys emailed me yesterday with an important update about my show. I have attached multiple screenshots.

Ya'll sent me an email 1 week before my show that did not include an address. I did not get an email yesterday in my spam, inbox, or anywhere else. As you can see, you have the correct email as I received one from you 1 week ago.

I reached out to the info email about not receiving an address and never heard back.

I reached out on IG only to never be responded to when they clearly seen I had an issue.

I'm assuming the show was canceled. The lack of communication is insane and I would like a refund whether the show played today or not. This is crazy.

It has been almost 2 months since the day of my email requesting a refund. It has now been 2 weeks since your last email stating that you would get an update on the status of my refund. This is absolutely ridiculous as I STILL have not heard anything back.
