    It has now been three weeks since I was notified that I would receive a refund due to all available dates on your website being sold out.

    I have not yet received the refund, and I would like an update on its status. 

    Could you please confirm when I can expect the refund for the services that were not rendered?

Due to unforeseen operational circumstances, we are unable to deliver the Fork n’ Film experience at the level of quality our guests deserve this weekend. Rather than compromise the experience, we made the difficult decision to postpone these shows.

     

    We know many of you have been looking forward to this night and we genuinely hate having to disrupt those plans. Please know this decision was not made lightly, and we deeply appreciate your patience and understanding.

     

    To make this right, we’re inviting you to reschedule your tickets to any show starting in May. When you join us we’ll also include:

     

    • A complimentary welcome cocktail when you arrive

    • Preferred seating
