    Postponed event 3/20/26

    I would like to request a refund for this postponed event. Unfortunately, we purchased the tickets for guests that were visiting from out of town. Please let me know what additional information you need to process my refund.

    I sincerely apologize for the last-minute cancellation. We know how much anticipation and planning go into a special night out, and we’re truly sorry for the disruption this caused. 

    Please know we made this decision only after considering every possible option. We completely understand your decision not to reschedule and are happy to accommodate your refund request.

    Refunds may take longer than usual as we’re currently managing high volume, but we’ll keep you updated.

    If you change your mind and would like to reschedule your tickets for another event, we’d be happy to offer a complimentary VIP upgrade as a gesture of appreciation.

    If you have any questions in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to help.

    We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you at Fork n’ Film in the future.

    Dear Fork n' Film Team,

    Thank you for your response. While I appreciate the apology and acknowledgment of the cancellation, I am extremely concerned about the continued delay in receiving my refund.

    I have been waiting for this refund since March 2026 and the amount owed exceeds $600. This delay has created significant financial hardship for me, particularly due to an unexpected medical event that resulted in unplanned expenses.

    At this point, I need a clear and specific timeline for when my refund will be processed and returned. A general statement that refunds are delayed due to high volume is no longer sufficient given how long I have already been waiting.

    Please provide written confirmation of the refund amount and the expected processing date. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution and timeline promptly, I will have no choice but to explore other options, including pursuing legal remedies to recover the funds owed.
