Due to unforeseen operational circumstances, we are unable to deliver the Fork n’ Film experience at the level of quality our guests deserve this weekend. Rather than compromise the experience, we made the difficult decision to postpone these shows.   We know many of you have been looking forward to this night and we genuinely hate having to disrupt those plans. Please know this decision was not made lightly, and we deeply appreciate your patience and understanding.   To make this right, we’re inviting you to reschedule your tickets to any show starting in May. When you join us we’ll also include:   A complimentary welcome cocktail when you arrive Preferred seating A 10% discount code for a future Fork n’ Film experience (Code: POSTPONEDLASF10)   How to Reschedule 1. I took a look at our system for you, and your unique rebooking code is indeed ALISSONMORENORIVAS. Please keep in mind that the code is case-sensitive, so you’ll want to make sure it’s entered exactly in all caps just like that!

Also, please double-check that there are no extra spaces before or after the code when you paste or type it in, as that can sometimes cause the system to show it as invalid.

Hi Alisson,

I am so incredibly sorry for the ongoing trouble you've had with your tickets. I can only imagine how frustrating it is to have your plans disrupted three times, and I sincerely apologize that the code we provided didn't work as it should have. That is certainly not the experience we want for you.

Since the manual code is giving you a hard time, I would love to take care of this for you personally! I have listed our upcoming dates for both Princess and the Frog and Ratatouille below. If you could let me know which of these works best for your schedule, I will manually reschedule you on my end so you don't have to worry about the website or the code at all.

I just checked again and there doesn't seem to be any open events other than Shrek on 4th of July, which we do not wish to attend. We originally wanted to watch Princess and The Frog or Ratatouille. We tried the exact code you provided in the last email, letter for letter, and it did not work, which prevented us from rescheduling. This is our 3rd time trying to attend Fork n' Film due to last minute event cancellations. When would be the next opportunity to attend Princess and the Frog or Ratatouille? We'd rather not cancel but it's been really difficult to have to reschedule on various occasions.
