    My last email about getting a refund for the reservation that you guys have canceled twice. Its been almost 3 months and haven't heard anything about my refund. This is not very professional or right in anyway. It shouldn't take 3 months to get a refund.

    My last email about getting a refund for the reservation that you guys have canceled twice. Its been almost 3 months and haven't heard anything about my refund. This is not very professional or right in anyway. It shouldn't take 3 months to get a refund.
