    REFUND

    Dear Fork N Film,

    I would like a refund of my 2 tickets for the 4/3 even that was canceled. The tickets are listed under Theresa Chan and Jake Ulrich. My initial event previously canceled and I have already rescheduled once. It is extremely unfortunate that this event was again canceled.

    Thank you for reaching out. We completely understand how disappointing this cancellation is, especially since it is the second time this has happened. Please know that these decisions are never made lightly, and we truly apologize. 

    We are more than happy to accommodate your refund request. Both of your orders have been flagged for full refunds, totalling $204.98. Since you made your purchases separately, the refunds will appear as two line items on your statement (each for $102.49). Once your refunds are processed, we will reach back out with an update and a copy of your refund receipt.

    Dear Sierra, 

    I am following up on the refund for the 2 tickets purchased for events that were ultimately canceled.  The tickets were originally purchased 1/16/26.  Our event was canceled twice and the refund for $204.98 was acknowledged by your team on 3/27/26.  However, I still do not see the refund processed on my credit card.  Can you please make sure this is processed?
