    Thank you so much for chatting with me earlier. I want to sincerely apologize again for the trouble with your original reservation.

    As we discussed, I’m keeping a close eye on our schedule for this Sunday (4/5) at 6:30 PM and will reach out the moment an opening pops up. If we can't make it work, I’ll make sure your refund is processed immediately.

    I’ve also looped in our NYC manager, Santiago, who is on the lookout for any last-minute availability for you. We really hope to see you there!

    We are so sorry that we weren't able to get you in off the waitlist for the Sunday showings - we would have loved to have you join us. Since those spots didn't open up, I will absolutely get those refunds processed for you two right away.
