    I would like to reschedule my ticket and my husband, Benjamin Tobin, for June 20th for Princess and the Frog. For some reason, it's not letting me do it, but shows that there is availability. Can you please schedule us for that showing?

    Also, this is the 2nd time that we have been rescheduled. Is this normal/common? I really hope I don't have to reschedule again.

Unfortunately, as a growing business, we occasionally face unexpected complications that result in postponing events. We know that it's disappointing, but I can assure you that these decisions are never made lightly. 

    I'm sorry that you're having trouble rescheduling. Unfortunately, the June 20th showing of Princess and the Frog no longer has tickets available. The next available dates for this movie are:
    • 11/21 at 1:30pm
    • 11/28 at 1:30pm
    • 2/27/27 at 1:30pm
    • 2/27/27 at 6:30pm
    • 3/6/27 at 1:30pm
    • 3/6/27 at 6:30pm
    I would be more than happy to manually reschedule you if you are interested in any of these options. Just let me know!

    June 13th and 20th does have tickets available for 2 people to attend the Scottsdale showing of The Princess and the Frog. Please see attached. I would appreciate it if you could please add myself and my husband, Benjamin Tobin for the Princess and the Frog to either of those dates for the evening showing. This would be a reschedule for the 2nd time, so I would appreciate getting to see this show.

    It's been almost a month with no communication from anyone at your company and I'm extremely disappointed in this business practice. It's really unfortunate since we both really wanted to experience this venture.

Due to unforeseen operational circumstances, we are unable to deliver the Fork n’ Film experience at the level of quality our guests deserve this weekend. Rather than compromise the experience, we made the difficult decision to postpone these shows.

     

    We know many of you have been looking forward to this night and we genuinely hate having to disrupt those plans. Please know this decision was not made lightly, and we deeply appreciate your patience and understanding.

     

    To make this right, we’re inviting you to reschedule your tickets to any show starting in May. When you join us we’ll also include:

     

    • A complimentary welcome cocktail when you arrive

    • Preferred seating
