Due to unforeseen operational circumstances, we are unable to deliver the Fork n’ Film experience at the level of quality our guests deserve this weekend. Rather than compromise the experience, we made the difficult decision to postpone these shows.

     

    We know many of you have been looking forward to this night and we genuinely hate having to disrupt those plans. Please know this decision was not made lightly, and we deeply appreciate your patience and understanding.

     

    To make this right, we’re inviting you to reschedule your tickets to any show starting in May. When you join us we’ll also include:

     

    • A complimentary welcome cocktail when you arrive

    • Preferred seating

    Hi it’s Cathy Merino 
    As I mentioned to you twice, I booked two different shows, and they got canceled
    The 2nd booking  I got an email (That same day) that there was a no-was show it was canceled

    So here are the two shows the only shows that are going to be playing in Scottsdale where I live
    I’m just sending you the pictures of the shows dates and times and you can let me know if I’m there. I apologize for not getting back sooner but my mom was in the hospital. I had to leave out of town.

    Again, if you can, please help me clear this up as I mentioned, two different shows got canceled and I understand you have more than one city in different events going on, but it wasn’t fair for me to pay for tickets twice and both shows be canceled and each show I purchase two tickets at a time
    I appreciate your help and here are the pictures of the two shows one is the princess and the frog and the other one is Shrek. Here are the dates and times

    Hello Cathy,

    Thanks for explaining your situation. I did a bit of digging on our end, and I can confirm that we only received one payment from you. You purchased tickets for the 2/14 showing of Lady and the Tramp. This event was cancelled, and you rescheduled to The Little Mermaid on 4/3, but no additional payment was made. Because of this, you can only reschedule to one event. 

    Additionally, our current company policy requires all reschedules to be made through our reschedule website. Since the name on your tickets was April Williams Merino, your code to reschedule is APRILWILLIAMSMERINO.

    Please let us know if you are still having trouble rescheduling, we are happy to help!

    Ok I got tickets for my self as well cathy merino 
    And the tickets for my daughter and her husband was under April Williams 

    And when I go to your  website, fork n film nothing shows up for Arizona/Scottsdale
    For me to reschedule

    And when it was first canceled, I tried to reschedule, and the website wasn’t working with the code that it was giving me 
    First was late and the tramp that was canceled I did reschedule the  for my daughter to the little mermaid then was canceled, and then when I tried to reschedule again, code was not working to reschedule

    So is fork n film even in the Arizona area anymore because that’s where I live that’s where  I purchase tickets for. Can you see the problem having please help
