Due to unforeseen operational circumstances, we are unable to deliver the Fork n’ Film experience at the level of quality our guests deserve this weekend. Rather than compromise the experience, we made the difficult decision to postpone these shows.

     

    We know many of you have been looking forward to this night and we genuinely hate having to disrupt those plans. Please know this decision was not made lightly, and we deeply appreciate your patience and understanding.

     

    To make this right, we’re inviting you to reschedule your tickets to any show starting in May. When you join us we’ll also include:

     

    • A complimentary welcome cocktail when you arrive

    • Preferred seating

    • A 10% discount code for a future Fork n’ Film experience (Code: POSTPONEDPDX10)

    How long dos this process take? I have another cancelled event from February and I still haven’t gotten a refund, and no update about it either. This is unacceptable and I am beginning to believe your company is a scam

    Could you provide an update on this? This is wildly unacceptable to not communicate with someone who is requesting a refund from your business. Please provide a refund in a timely manner or I will have to take legal action. You are stealing money from people and for a business that seems rather large, you should immediately refund people when you cancel their events.

    Could you provide an update on this? This is wildly unacceptable to not communicate with someone who is requesting a refund from your business. Please provide a refund in a timely manner or I will have to take legal action. You are stealing money from people and for a business that seems rather large, you should immediately refund people when you cancel their events.

    We know many of you have been looking forward to this night and we genuinely hate having to disrupt those plans. Please know this decision was not made lightly, and we deeply appreciate your patience and understanding.

     

    To make this right, we’re inviting you to reschedule your tickets to any show starting in May. When you join us we’ll also include:

Due to unforeseen operational circumstances, we are unable to deliver the Fork n’ Film experience at the level of quality our guests deserve this weekend. Rather than compromise the experience, we made the difficult decision to postpone these shows.

    • Preferred seating

    Could you provide an update on this? This is wildly unacceptable to not communicate with someone who is requesting a refund from your business. Please provide a refund in a timely manner or I will have to take legal action.
