    Reschedule complications

    Hello Fork n Film,

We have 4 total tickets for Alice on April 18th, 1 of those tickets was a reschedule from the cancelation of a previous show. I did not purchase the tickets all at once.
Ticket 1- was the reschedule from you guys canceling on my sister.  I had to deal with that reschedule because I purchased her the ticket as a gift.
Ticket 2- was purchased by my mother as a Christmas gift for my sister's boyfriend
Tickets 3&4 - were purchased by me

That's a lot of moving parts for rescheduling. We only want to attend a show as a group however having multiple people attempt could be problematic if a show sells out.
How do you recommend we proceed?

    Deana Cooper

    Our ticket holders:
    Deana Cooper
    Natalie Cooper
Kathleen Cooper (rescheduled ticket from previous cancelation)

    Re: Reschedule complications

Thank you for helping. Our first choice is Ratatouille on June 6th, preferably the later showing. Our second choice depends on what is playing in July or August.  If it is Beauty & The Beast, we've attended that one already.

    Hello,

June 6th is now right around the corner and we had not heard back about rescheduling the 4 tickets.
Could you please get back to us ASAP so we know if we should make time on June 6th or if we are waiting until the fall dates are released.

    Re: Reschedule complications

We are getting zero communication and at this point we want refunds immediately.  I've emailed several times.  Please refund all 4 of our tickets.
My number is 503-400-9594 if you need to reach out.
This has been a unfortunate experience.
